About the role

Conestoga Wood Specialties Corporation is hiring for an entry-level cabinet making role. No experience is required as comprehensive on-the-job training is provided. You will learn machine operation, assist with setups, and help ensure quality across cabinet doors in a hands-on environment. Starting pay is $16.50 per hour with performance raises and attendance incentives leading to a permanent, full-time position along with benefits and 401(k) retirement plan after eligibility.
