Location: SHOREVIEW MN Shift: Monday-Friday or Sunday - Thursday Timings - 6 or 7 AM - 2:30 or 3:30 PM)
Work Environment: 100% Onsite Pay rate - $18.10/hr on W2- Weekly Payout
Position Overview: We are seeking a Documentation Specialist to support a high-volume document scanning and processing team. This position is responsible for preparing incoming mail and loan-related documents to be scanned into internal systems. This is a production-driven role where speed, accuracy, attention to detail, and reliability are extremely important. Candidates who are dependable, comfortable performing repetitive work, and have experience in fast-paced processing, mailroom, document imaging, data entry, operations, or similar environments can be successful in this position.
Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming mail and documents
  • Load incoming mail into equipment that opens and prepares documents for processing
  • Move opened documents into the scanning process for upload into internal systems
  • Ensure documents are scanned accurately and associated with the appropriate information
  • Maintain a consistent and efficient pace in a high-volume production environment
  • Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and scanning quality
  • Follow established procedures for handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Meet daily productivity and quality expectations
  • Identify document or scanning issues and escalate when appropriate
  • Maintain an organized workspace and document flow
