About the role
Weitzman is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Dallas | Uptown office. This is an on-site position assisting the Asset Management team with responsibilities associated with the performance and operational efficiency of the Dallas | Fort Worth joint venture portfolio. Our newly remodeled office space showcases incredible views of the Uptown skyline, easy access to Katy Trail, free on-site gym and free on-site secured underground parking.
Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the Asset Management team, including preparing and sending correspondence, copying, scanning, and document | file management.
Initiate workflow for leases, which includes ensuring receipt of all required documents, thoroughly reviewing documents to identify questions and/or missing information, following up as needed until all information is received, and then extracting and keying data into the workflow application.
Maintain, generate, and distribute various reports and spreadsheets.
Code and submit invoices and expense reports for approval.
Arrange and coordinate meetings, reserve conference rooms, and create or update presentations or other material as needed.
Research and compile information as requested.
Promptly and efficiently screen calls, relay messages, and assist with inquiries.
Special projects and other duties as needed.
Qualifications
Previous retail commercial real estate and lease preparation experience is strongly preferred.
Dependable, proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
High level of professionalism with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team player with a customer service mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
