About the role

Rightmove is seeking a Sales Director to join our Estate Agency team. This home-based role with travel around the South of the UK will lead up to four Area Directors and their high-performing account-management teams, shaping and delivering the strategic plan. You will mentor leaders, drive cohesion across departments and ensure ambitious performance targets are met through influence, credibility and adaptive leadership.
