About the role

Director, Agency Sales (CTV)Wavefront TV is a CTV-only, premium supply network connecting agencies and brands directly with leading streaming publishers. By removing unnecessary intermediaries, we deliver greater transparency, more efficient media spend, and premium streaming inventory at scale. We’re looking for experienced sales professionals who are excited about helping advertisers buy Connected TV in a smarter, more direct way.
What You’ll Do: • Build and grow relationships with agencies and direct advertisers.• Introduce clients to a more transparent and efficient approach to CTV buying• Develop new business opportunities and drive revenue growth• Partner closely with leadership and publisher partners to create customized solutions for clients• Represent Wavefront TV as a trusted advisor in the evolving Connected TV marketplace What We’re Looking For• Strong existing relationships with agencies and/or brand marketers• Experience selling CTV, video, programmatic media, or advertising technology solutions• A consultative, partnership-first sales approach• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-moving environment• Proven ability to develop opportunities, and close business Why Wavefront TV• Premium publisher-direct streaming inventory• Transparent, efficient supply paths that maximize working media• A differentiated alternative to traditional programmatic buying models• Flexibility, autonomy, and direct access to leadership
