About the role
Providing day-to-day support for an assigned portfolio, the full-time S2C Operations Advocate will manage supplier record setup, compliance program support, and third-party credentialing coordination in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with supplier compliance, third-party credentialing processes, and e-procurement system training
Maintain supplier records and attributes across property accounting systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
Provide ongoing support by managing the Help Desk queue and coordinating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications:
Fluency in French required; proficiency in Canadian French preferred
Relevant experience in procurement, accounts payable, or property operations; college degree a plus but not required
Prior experience in the multi-family real estate industry preferred
Property & Casualty Insurance license preferred; applicable experience will also be considered
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, property management, and database management tools
