About the role
Job Title Key Responsibilities Operate injection molding or compression molding presses according to established procedures Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines Inspect parts for quality, including visual checks and basic measurements Trim, assemble, or package molded parts as required Monitor machine performance and report any issues or malfunctions Maintain accurate production and quality records Follow all safety guidelines and company policies Keep work area clean and organized (5S standards) Assist with minor machine adjustments or troubleshooting as needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous manufacturing or press operation experience is a plus, but not required Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs Strong attention to detail and quality standards Basic mechanical aptitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed Work Environment Manufacturing/production floor environment Exposure to heat, noise, and moving machinery Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
