About the role

Pilkington North America Inc. in Kentucky seeks a Safety and Quality–oriented Glass Inspector to ensure compliance with specifications and production standards. You will judge glass per fabrication specs, repair rejects when feasible, and generate weekly IPPM and IRC reports to support countermeasures. This role requires physical workload, strong communication, and exacting reporting skills; you will participate in monthly cross‑functional reviews to align specifications and drive PDCA
