About the role

Stray Emergence Fund in New York seeks an autonomous Operations & Finance professional to build the fund’s enabling infrastructure. This high-ownership role reports directly to the Partner and covers LP reporting, fund administration, tax, and audit coordination. You will design team operations, manage service-provider relationships, maintain Notion and collaboration tools, and develop portfolio monitoring and financial models to support regenerative finance with impact.
