About the role

KM Partners, a nationally recognized affordable housing developer, seeks a Senior Closing Manager to lead complex closings, review legal documents, and advise on LIHTC, HUD, financing, title and survey matters from strategy through execution. As second-in-command in Development Closings, you will mentor Closing Managers and Paralegals, collaborate with internal teams and outside counsel, and help shape the department's growth while delivering high-impact transactions.
