MeUndies is seeking a Sr. Manager/Director, People Operations to lead the People Team and partner with the C-Suite. The role sets strategy to recruit, retain, and reward talent while reinforcing company values and crafting a best-in-class employee experience. This is a hybrid position based in Los Angeles, four days in the office. The candidate will own HR processes, policy development, compliance, payroll, benefits, and employee relations across the lifecycle, with oversight of IT/HR systems
