Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Tablet Press Operator to support Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) Manufacturing operations within a regulated pharmaceutical or nutraceutical environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating modern tablet presses and related OSD equipment while strictly adhering to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate, clean, dismantle, and maintain state-of-the-art tablet presses and encapsulation equipmentPerform tablet compression operations, including Tri-Layer Press systemsOperate and support OSD processes such as granulation, encapsulation, coating, and fluid bed dryingExecute manufacturing activities in compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and safety standardsConduct in-process checks, troubleshoot equipment issues, and document production data accuratelySupport equipment changeovers, batch documentation, and cleaning validation requirementsCollaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operationsRequired Qualifications 4-20 years of hands-on experience in Pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical OSD ManufacturingProven experience with tablet press operation and encapsulation equipmentExperience in one or more of the following areas: Compression (Tri-Layer Press) GranulationEncapsulationAckley Laser Drill or Tablet PrintingWurster CoatingCoatingFluid Bed DryersBead TowerStrong understanding of cGMP regulationsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong attention to detail and documentation accuracyTabletPressOperator #OSDManufacturing #PharmaceuticalJobs #NutraceuticalJobs #OralSolidDosage #cGMP #PharmaCareers #ManufacturingJobs #TabletCompression #Granulation #Encapsulation #CoatingOperations #ChantillyVAJobs #LifeSciencesJobs #ProductionOperator
