Licensed Therapist – LPC or LICSW | 100% Remote$45/Hour + $5000 Bonus | Flexible Schedule | Credentialing Paid Adaptive Behavioral Services Inc. is expanding our West Virginia telehealth program and is seeking West Virginia-licensed LPCs and LICSWs to join our behavioral health team. We provide the patients. We handle the administrative side. You focus on providing excellent clinical care. Why This Position Is Different We have designed this position to remove as much of the administrative burden from our clinicians as possible. You receive:• $45/hour• $2,000 Credentialing & Retention Bonus• 100% remote / telehealth position• Flexible scheduling – choose your availability• Established patient population• No marketing or building your own caseload• Credentialing expenses paid by Adaptive Behavioral Services• Credentialing administrative support provided• Billing handled by our team• Dedicated personal assistant/administrative support• Patient scheduling and appointment coordination handled for you• Patient reminders and administrative follow-up• Documentation workflow and patient-document support• HIPAA-compliant systems provided• Opportunity to increase your caseload and hours as desired$2,000 Bonus Clinicians are eligible for a $2,000 Credentialing & Retention Bonus after successfully completing their first 90 days and completing/receiving approval for required WV Medicaid and applicable payer credentialing. If credentialing extends beyond 90 days due to payer processing timelines, the bonus remains available and will become payable after the credentialing requirements are successfully completed, provided the clinician remains active and in good standing with Adaptive Behavioral Services. Credentialing – We Help Handle ItYou do NOT need to already be credentialed with West Virginia Medicaid or Wellpoint to apply. Adaptive Behavioral Services will cover applicable credentialing expenses and provide administrative support throughout the credentialing process. You must already hold an active West Virginia LPC or LICSW license and be eligible and willing to complete all required Medicaid and managed-care credentialing.
Your Role: • Provide individual behavioral health therapy through telehealth• Conduct clinically appropriate assessments and treatment planning• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation• Provide professional, patient-centered care• Maintain your West Virginia professional license in good standing• Meet applicable payer, Medicaid, privacy and telehealth requirements
Required Qualifications: Active West Virginia LPC or LICSW license – REQUIREDApplicants must also:• Be eligible for WV Medicaid and applicable managed-care credentialing• Be willing to complete the required credentialing process• Be comfortable providing therapy via telehealth• Have a reliable internet connection and appropriate private workspace• Maintain timely clinical documentation• Be dependable, professional and patient-focused We Handle the Administrative Work Our clinicians should be spending their time providing clinical care—not chasing patients, managing calendars or trying to build a practice. You will have dedicated administrative/personal-assistant support for scheduling, patient coordination, reminders, document organization, administrative follow-up and documentation workflow support. Our team also handles billing and patient acquisition. No Caseload Building You are joining an established behavioral health organization with an existing patient population. You do not need to advertise, market yourself or find your own patients. As additional hours become available and your schedule permits, there may also be opportunities to expand your caseload.
