The Role:
We're looking for an experienced automotive sales professional to grow our North American customer base and develop relationships with OEMs, Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, distributors, and aftermarket customers. You'll be responsible for new business development, customer relationships, quotations, negotiations, pipeline growth, and supporting new automotive programs.🎯 Must-Haves✅ 3+ years of North American automotive sales/business development experience✅ Direct experience with automotive components or manufacturing solutions✅ Experience selling or working with one or more of: Aluminum extrusion Injection molding StampingCNC/precision machining Automotive electronics/sensors Actuators or engine componentsEV/battery components✅ Experience with OEMs, Tier 1 or Tier 2 suppliers✅ Strong business development, negotiation, and account management skills✅ Understanding of the North American automotive supply chain✅ IATF 16949, PPAP, or APQP experience is a plus✅ Existing automotive/OEM/Tier 1 network is highly preferred✅ Authorized to work in the US 🌎 If you have the automotive network, technical understanding, and sales experience to help expand a growing automotive components business across North America, we'd love to hear from you!📩 Apply today or message us to learn more. jessica.l@andiamo-group.co#Hiring #Automotive Sales #Automotive Jobs #Business Development #OEM #Tier 1 #Manufacturing #Technical Sales
