Position Overview: Team members in this role may be responsible for a variety of tasks based on daily operational needs, including: Running and monitoring both manual and automated equipment used in the manufacturing of window and door componentsParticipating in production line activities related to assembling finished productsPerforming quality checks to ensure items meet required standardsPreparing and modifying materials to allow for proper hardware fittingHandling, moving, and organizing raw and finished materials within the facilityPreparing completed products for shipment, including packaging and stagingAssisting with general warehouse responsibilities as assignedWorking additional hours when necessary to meet production deadlines and customer requirementsIND1
