About the role

The Chiropractor at Crossover Health is a key member of a collaborative, innovative health care team delivering high‑quality, individualized patient care. You will evaluate and treat a variety of diagnoses, including repetitive stress and athletic injuries, and contribute to outcomes-based clinic performance. Responsibilities include developing active-care treatment plans with exercise and rehab, documenting findings in the EMR, and coordinating with the rehab team to optimize patient outcomes
