About the role
Seeking a compassionate and structured Adult Executive Functioning Coach for a part-time remote position, responsible for coaching adult clients in time management, organization, and productivity while utilizing The Ladder Method's curriculum and methodology.
Key responsibilities:
Coach adult clients 1-on-1 virtually using The Ladder Method's curriculum
Guide clients in improving time management, task initiation, planning, and organization
Help clients establish and maintain systems that support their personal and professional goals
Required qualifications:
Background in coaching, psychology, education, counseling, social work, or a related field
BA or BS required
Strong understanding of executive functioning and its impact on adult learning
Experience working with neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, anxiety, etc.)
Must be available for at least 10 hours/week with flexible scheduling
