Position overview: As a PR & Marketing intern, you will support the PR & Marketing Team of a prestigious French luxury lifestyle brand specializing in the art of hosting and refined entertaining. Working at the intersection of heritage, craftmanship, luxury and contemporary lifestyle, you will contribute to strengthening the brand’s image and visibility across editorial, retail, wholesale, hospitality and experiential channels. This role oFers exposure to the full luxury brand ecosystem, from communications and media relations to product storytelling, visual presentation and events.
Key responsibilities:
  • Assist with the presentation and coordination of PR activities, including press request, product loans and sample management.
  • Support the development of press materials, press releases, product presentations and brand communications.
  • Research and maintain relationships with relevant editors, journalists, stylists, influencers and industry contacts.
  • Monitor press coverage and compile monthly PR reports, including media placements and brand visibility.
  • Conduct competitive and media landscape research across the luxury, interiors, lifestyle, fashion and hospitality sectors.
  • Assist with showroom appointments, press presentations and gifting initiatives. Marketing & Events/ Special Projects
  • Support the organization and execution of press events, client events, product launches and brand activations.
  • Assist with guest lists, invitations, logistics, product preparation and event set-up
  • Contribute to special projects related to collaborations, partnerships and seasonal initiatives. Visual Merchandising
  • Assist VM team in developing and maintaining an elevated, consistent brand presentation across retail and showroom environments.
  • Support the preparation of window displays, product installations, seasonal merchandising and in-store animations.
  • Help coordinate VM materials, props, signage and display elements.
  • Participate in the preparation of product presentations and tablescapes, ensuring that collections are showcased according to the brand’s visual identity.
  • Assist with the organization and styling of events, showroom presentations and special occasions. Profile
  • Strong interest in French luxury, interiors, hospitality, tableware and the art of entertaining.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, proactive and comfortable managing several projects simultaneously.
  • Curious, creative and willing to take initiatives.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft OYice, Teams, Outlook and adobe creative suite
  • Fluency in English and French preferred
