Front-facing clarity.Oversee and manage outsourced vendor responsible for AR, AP, and PayrollDesign scalable processes and controls that the vendor executes againstEstablish KPIs, service-level expectations, and accuracy standardsDemand timeliness, precision, and accountabilityProactively identify and resolve breakdownsThis role does not "check in" on the vendor.
