About the role

Flagstar Rehab seeks a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for Skilled Nursing Facilities in NYC and surrounding areas. You will work under PT supervision, following the established Plan of Care to deliver quality therapy and support patient independence. Choose Direct Employment with our agency or be your own boss as an Independent Contractor. Competitive hourly pay: $34–$36 (W-2) or $38–$40 (1099); enjoy weekly pay, paid time off options, and flexible schedules including FT/PT/Per Diem.
