About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing commercial construction team specializing in tilt-wall and commercial concrete construction. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction professional who enjoys managing projects from planning through completion while working closely with clients, subcontractors, and field teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial concrete construction, exceptional organizational skills, and experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
Review and coordinate shop drawings and construction documents.
Prepare material take-offs and material procurement lists.
Monitor project quality, safety, and overall execution throughout each phase.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal field personnel to ensure successful project delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and project stakeholders.
Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining schedules and budgets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in commercial concrete construction.
Tilt-wall construction experience is required.
Strong knowledge of commercial concrete construction methods and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
