About the Role: This is a remote, commission-based insurance sales opportunity where you'll help individuals and families understand their life insurance and retirement options. Previous insurance experience isn't required. What matters most is your willingness to learn, communicate with people, follow a proven process, and consistently put in the work. Whether you're looking to build part-time income or pursue this as a full-time career, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and support to help you get started.
Responsibilities: You'll connect with prospective clients, identify their needs, and help them understand available insurance solutions. Conduct much of your business virtually by phone and Zoom. Engage prospective clients who have expressed interest in insurance products. Conduct client consultations. Present appropriate life insurance and retirement solutions. Follow up with clients throughout the application process. Maintain required licensing and compliance standards. Attend virtual training and team meetings. Continually develop your sales and communication skills. As you develop, meet advancement benchmarks and take on additional leadership responsibilities.
Qualifications: A valid Life & Health insurance license is required to conduct insurance business. If you're not currently licensed, we'll explain the licensing process and help you understand the steps required to become licensed in your state.

Preferred Skills: Previous sales experience (not required but may be beneficial).Pay range and compensation package This is a 100% commission-based independent sales opportunity with no fixed salary or guaranteed income. Compensation may include commissions and performance-based bonuses. Your results will depend on factors including your activity, sales ability, consistency, training participation, lead strategy, client needs, and overall performance. Work Environment: This is a fully remote opportunity with both full-time and part-time paths available. You'll have flexibility in how you structure your schedule, but flexibility shouldn't be confused with a lack of structure.
