Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: 8:30AM to 5:30PM

About Us: Global leading manufacturer specializing in Electric and Hydraulic products.

Position Summary: The QC Inspector will be responsible for inspecting machined parts to ensure theymeet customer specifications and industry standards. This role is critical inmaintaining the high-quality standards our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform in-process, first article, and final inspections of CNC machinedcomponents
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM, etc.)Document inspection results and maintain detailed quality records
Identify non-conformances and assist in root cause analysis and correctiveactions
Support production teams in understanding quality standards and requirements
Maintain a clean and organized inspection area

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in quality or machiningpreferred 2+ years of QC experience in a CNC machining environment
Strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading
Proficient with precision inspection tools and basic CMM use
Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systems is a plus xevrcyc
Ability to speak Mandarin preferred (headquarters in Taiwan)
Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with machinists and engineers
