About the role

REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering required. Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Prior experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications directed to advanced computing technologies, preferably involving artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML). Strong technical and patent prosecution experience in one or more of the following areas: medical devices, semiconductors, integrated circuits, financial technologies, cybersecurity, networking, cloud computing, software systems, or related technologies. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technologies, communicate effectively with inventors and in-house counsel, and develop strategic intellectual property portfolios under partner-level mentorship and supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment J.D. from accredited law school and admission to practice in the applicable jurisdiction required for attorneys.
