Project ManagerThe Project Manager is an integral member of the project team, one who is responsible for: project management of a variety of engineering projects, leading and directing Project Coordinators and Technicians, and collaborating with Project Engineers to produce successful project outcomes.Essential Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Day to day project management of complex projects on a wide variety of precast and pre-stressed concrete structures and connections for large commercial buildings such as stadiums/arenas, dormitories, parking garages, office buildings, etc.Provide management, guidance, training, and mentorship to a team of Project Coordinators and TechniciansConstruction administration of projects including processing submittals and site inspectionsEnsure clients are satisfied and all assigned deadlines are metQualificationsB.S.
