About the role
Job Description:
The Commercial Roof Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining and repairing commercial and industrial roofing systems, focusing on flat roofs. Working within a small team of 2 technicians and reporting to the Service Manager, this role requires hands-on expertise in roof repair and maintenance while ensuring strict safety compliance. The technician will occasionally travel to various sites, supporting our commitment to delivering high-quality roofing solutions.
Responsibilities:
Perform roof repairs on commercial flat and industrial roofing systems Ensure all work complies with established safety protocols Conduct routine maintenance to preserve roof integrity Collaborate effectively within a small team environment Travel to multiple sites as needed to complete projects
Required Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial roofing
Preferred Qualifications:
Roof inspection expertise Experience with roof installation Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in teams Excellent communication skills
