About the role
- Build and run an integrated content calendar across thought-leadership articles, LinkedIn, research reports, podcast and video, short-form clips, email, transaction stories, event materials, press releases and speaking decks
- Interview leadership and turn a 20-minute conversation into an article, three LinkedIn posts, a short video, an email and a media pitch
- Own day-to-day relationships with the reporters, editors, publications and podcasts covering wealth management M&A, and pitch market commentary, transaction trends, proprietary data, executive perspectives and firm news
- Field inbound media requests, prepare executives for interviews, and build a repeatable internal PR process
- Make AI tools a core part of production: video, voice and audio, repurposing, research, drafting, social, podcast production and workflow automation
- Turn Alaris proprietary research into ongoing campaigns rather than one-time reports
- Give the business development team content that establishes credibility, starts conversations and keeps Alaris in front of long-cycle prospects
- 5+ years producing executive-level content and working directly with senior executives or founders
- Strong professional writing, editing and storytelling
- Media relations, PR, journalism or thought-leadership experience, including direct relationships with reporters
- Demonstrated use of AI tools in real production workflows, including generative audio and video platforms
- Discipline to move work from idea to finished product without supervision and to manage several formats and priorities at once
- High attention to detail and sound editorial judgment
- Wealth management, financial services or professional-services experience, and familiarity with the wealth management trade press, strongly preferred
- Experience building thought leadership from proprietary research, and hands-on video, podcast and audio production, are a plus
- Bachelor's degree
