About the role

Bobtail is seeking an experienced Director of Risk to lead and strengthen risk, underwriting, fraud prevention, and compliance within the freight factoring industry. You will own the risk function, develop the team, and establish standards and analytics to manage risk as the business grows. The ideal candidate has deep trucking/transport knowledge, hands-on risk management, and the ability to design scalable workflows and controls that protect the company while enabling responsible growth.
