Retention Bonus Opportunity GCS offers a$4,000 annual retention stipendfor licensed educators hired into designated Career and Technical Education (CTE) Hard-to-Fill positionsin the following areas: Information Technology(Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Computer/Network Engineering)Healthcare(Nursing Fundamentals)Aviation(Aerospace Technology)
Eligibility Requirements: Candidates must meet allNCDPI licensure and certification requirementsfor instruction in these areas. Teachers must serve in the Hard-to-Fill position and then return to the same position the following school year to qualify. Payment Details: The stipend is awarded as alump sum payment of $4,000, paid each September of the school year.
