Customer Service Coordinator-Logistics Location: Onsite in Fife, WA
Pay: $20. 00 hour plus
Benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM- Great Early Shift!! No weekends!1+ years of customer service, logistics, transportation, warehouse administration, or shipping/receiving experience Strong data entry and documentation skills Experience handling customer calls, emails, and driver interactions Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working in a warehouse-support office environment Experience with trucking, intermodal, import/export, or inventory management a plus High School Diploma or GED required
Key Responsibilities: Create and process shipping and receiving documentation Maintain inventory records and appointment logs Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments Track and trace domestic and international shipments Answer customer, vendor, and driver inquiries Verify pickups and deliveries and update system records Set up container bookings and process empty container transactions Coordinate with warehouse staff and account managers Report incidents, claims, accidents, and service failures Ensure accurate paperwork before product releases Support operations through administrative and clerical duties
