About the role

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Site Quality Manager for PV and BESS projects to lead the on-site quality program from construction through turnover. You will supervise Site Quality Technicians, develop ITPs, manage NCRs, and ensure compliance with project specs and safety standards. The role requires hands-on QA/QC across civil, mechanical, electrical, and substation scopes, with experience on at least one 100 MW project and two years in BESS quality.
