Description: Be the Person who keeps it all Moving Ashby Lumber is looking for an Executive Assistant - Sales & Marketing to partner with our VP of Sales & Marketing and help keep a busy, multi-location operation organized and moving forward. This isn't your typical Executive Assistant role. You'll combine executive support with sales and marketing coordination - from preparing meetings and tracking priorities to supporting campaigns, events, and our sales teams.

Highly organized and detail oriented Proactive, resourceful, and dependable Comfortable juggling changing prioritiesA strong written and verbal communicator Professional and discreet with confidential information Creative, collaborative, and team-focusedWHAT YOU'LL DO:Manage calendars, meetings, communications, and follow-ups Prepare meeting materials and keep action items moving Support sales reporting, meetings, promotions, and CRM upkeep Create and schedule social media content and assist with website updates Coordinate with marketing vendors and support campaigns and promotional materials Help plan contractor events, trainings, vendor meetings, and customer events Take ownership of special projects and help turn ideas into actionWHAT YOU BRING:3+ years of executive assistant, administrative, sales support, marketing coordination, or similar experience Experience supporting a senior leader Strong Google Workspace skills Experience managing business social media Excellent communication, organization, and follow through skills Ability to travel between Berkeley and Concord
