Job Type: 3-Month Contract | W-2Pay Rate: $25$29/hour
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Training: 5 days/week onsite during training
Interview: 1 round, ideally onsite
Position Overview: We are seeking an Account Processor to support Wealth Management operations in Saint Paul, MN. This role is focused on processing customer account documentation, maintaining account information, reviewing records for accuracy, processing transactions, and supporting day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to accurately process financial and customer information in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Process new account applications and maintain existing customer account information. Review, verify, and process financial and account-related documentation for completeness and accuracy. Record and update account transactions accurately and in a timely manner. Receive, classify, consolidate, and summarize documents and information. Complete reports and provide administrative and operational support. Perform quality reviews to ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. Research and resolve account discrepancies and processing issues. Respond to customer inquiries and requests for information. Escalate complex issues when appropriate. Collaborate with internal teams to support account servicing and operational efficiency. Maintain the confidentiality and security of customer information.
Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service skills. Proficiency with data entry and computer applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in banking, financial services, investments, brokerage operations, or a related field. Familiarity with brokerage accounts, IRAs, Roth IRAs, or retirement accounts. Experience processing documentation or performing quality reviews. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Experience identifying, resolving, and escalating account or processing issues. Experience working in a regulated environment where accuracy and compliance are important.
