Position Overview:
The Engineering Intern will support the Engineering team with hands-on technical work, data analysis, and project assistance while gaining real-world experience in an engineering environment. This internship is designed for students pursuing a degree in engineering who are eager to learn, problem-solve, and contribute to ongoing projects.
Essential Dutiesand Responsibilities:
Assist engineers with day-to-day project tasks and engineering assignments.
Support design, testing, analysis, and documentation activities.
Collect, organize, and analyze data related to engineering projects.
Prepare technical reports, drawings, and presentations as needed.
Participate in team meetings, design reviews, and project planning sessions.
Follow engineering standards, safety guidelines, and company procedures.
Provide general support to the Engineering team as assigned.
RequirementsEducation:
Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.
Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Civil, Manufacturing, Software, or related field).
Basic understanding of engineering principles related to field of study.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This position is based on site at our facility in Cudahy, Wisconsin. We are a manufacturing company, and this role will work with a diverse population in both office and production settings. The position may require the use of personal protective equipment (eye protection, hearing protection and steel toe shoes provided by the company).
