SENIORITY
Manager
About the role
- Own the wealth channel. Build and execute a named-account coverage plan across RIAs, family offices, MFOs, and IBD advisor teams.
- Raise from the outset. Engage your existing network immediately; qualify interest, manage follow-up processes, and close allocations.
- Run committee processes. Manage structured evaluations with RIA investment committees and aggregators, where a single approval can direct allocations across many client portfolios.
- Convert qualified demand. Progress advisor meetings generated by the firm’s outreach and marketing programs into diligence processes and allocations.
- Represent the strategy. Present the robotics thesis at advisor events, webinars, and industry conferences.
- Operate compliantly. Work closely with legal and compliance on communications involving a listed security. Core Qualifications
- A proven, verifiable record of raising assets through the wealth channel, with specific outcomes you can speak to: flows driven, the firms they came from, and the role you played.
- Distribution experience at a fund is required. 5+ years in wholesaling or private wealth distribution at an asset manager or fund platform; publicly listed fund experience strongly preferred.
- Established, current relationships across RIAs, family offices, and IBD advisor teams that can be engaged from the start of the mandate.
- Fluency in how wealth managers select funds: investment committees, platform menus, model portfolios, and fee dynamics.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience leading advisor meetings, webinars, and conference sessions.
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or ability to obtain promptly); CIMA or CFA a plus.
- Has built or materially scaled a wealth-channel book at another fund and understands what consistent channel production requires.
- Effective operating independently within a lean team, and comfortable being measured on flows.
- Genuine conviction in robotics and frontier technology.
- High judgment and discretion with sensitive information in a regulated, publicly listed context.
- Proficient with modern AI tools to extend research, preparation, and coverage capacity.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
