Compensation: $150,000 - 180,000 base + discretionary bonus structure
Our Client is seeking aCommercial Real Estate Counsel to join its Legal team, supporting the execution of acquisition, disposition, and financing transactions across the company’s infrastructure portfolio. They are lookingfor an attorney with 2+ years of real estate transactional experience, who are looking to develop in commercial real estate and infrastructure transactions within an in‑house environment.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day closing process for site acquisitions, including lease, title, and survey review. Draft, review, and negotiate transaction and pre-transaction documents, including easements, purchase and sale agreements, and related ancillary agreements. Review and assist with pre-transaction documentation, including Letters of Intent. Coordinate with outside counsel, title companies, internal stakeholders, and other third parties to ensure transactions remain on schedule.
Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.2+ years of relevant transactional experiencein commercial real estate at a law firm and/or in‑house.
