Key Responsibilities:
Execute setups: Calibrate, adjust, and clean machinery for optimal performance.
Inspect equipment: Perform routine safety and maintenance checks daily.
Monitor production: Ensure output meets strict quality and volume standards.
Feed materials: Load raw materials into machines safely and efficiently.
Verify quality: Use precision measuring tools to inspect finished parts.
Troubleshoot issues: Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly.
Log data: Maintain accurate production logs and defect reports.
Follow safety: Adhere strictly to all OSHA and company safety protocols.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Technical skills: Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
Experience:
Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
Precision: Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
Physical stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
