Sastra Group has been retained by a Series B Cybersecurity company that is growing it's Product Design team. As a Technical Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with customer empathy and a passion for design. We are seeking candidates who are eager to make a significant impact in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Responsibilities: UI/UX Design: Design and deliver wireframes, prototypes, and final designs for the web. Collaborative Development: Work closely with the product and development teams during implementation to ensure that design concepts are translated into fully functional and visually compelling features. Project Management: Oversee complex design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of UI/UX software product design experience in web app/desktop experiences. A technical engineering/software development background or interest. Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and high-quality user experience designs. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Miro, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop or similar. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, enabling effective collaboration with developers and a good sense of the technical feasibility of designs. Understand developer-first automation workflows, including API, CLI, and Git experiences.️ Experience designing API/CLI experiences for developers or a willingness to learn.
