This person will join and inspire a team of like-minded community builders, committed to learning, equity, and belonging and take the lead in building a diverse and inclusive communications and marketing team, as we grow our business and the communities we serve.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and drive a multi-channel communications strategyPrepare and manage all communications materialDevelop our brand voice and maintain brand integrity across all platformsManage media relations and develop contacts with media members, influencers, and community leadersLead a team of communication, marketing, and design professionalsAssist in the creation of digital, video, audio, and print contentTrack engagement across various platforms and make data-driven decisionsManage presence at industry events, trade shows, and conferencesCreate budgets for our communications team and ensure complianceEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in communications, marketing or PR is great and experience is valued at inqli so please apply if you don't have a formal education and you feel that your skills are a fit5-plus years of communications, marketing or public relations, or related experienceExperience managing digital contentA background and/or experience in diversity, equity and inclusion, inclusive language, and equitable and diverse communication skills are an assetProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Great Skills To HaveEstablished media relations and PR skills are a plusLeadership and/or coaching training and skillsExperience with and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusionExperience working with post-secondary education institutions and other learning & development and community organizationsBenefits4-day work weekFlexible, remote work & scheduleMedical, dental, and stock option plans available to full-time employeesCompensation$80-$110K / yearHow To ApplySend us what you've got!
