About the role
Driving revenue growth and client relationships, the full-time remote Group Director of Lifestyle will manage a portfolio of consumer product brands, focusing on net revenue retention, executive partnerships, and strategic expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Own net revenue retention and expansion MRR for the division, treating expansion as the primary commercial lever
Maintain executive relationships and conduct monthly check-ins with top-tier accounts to ensure alignment and growth
Coach Account Directors to operate as AI-Native Growth Directors, enhancing efficiency and client engagement
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of leadership experience in a digital marketing agency, particularly with D2C clients in higher-AOV categories
Proven experience managing a P&L for profitable growth and delivering high NPS and retention metrics
Deep understanding of higher-consideration D2C purchase journeys and multi-touch attribution
Expertise in building full-funnel D2C programs across various marketing channels
Familiarity with D2C ecommerce platforms and financing/BNPL integrations
