About the Role: This role sits at the intersection of platform development and campaign execution. You'll own the back end of our brand partnerships business: building and improving the ad platform, setting up campaigns, managing delivery, and producing reports. Every platform improvement you drive directly reduces operational overhead and improves what we can offer clients. This is the foundation that enables the rest of the business to sell and service more effectively.
What You'll Do: Platform Development• Work directly with the product and engineering teams to design, build, and ship platform enhancements for the ad business• Translate real campaign pain points into technical requirements and implement solutions (e.g., multi-geography campaign setup, consolidated reporting, pacing controls, sponsored post view thresholds)• QA new features against live campaign needs before rollout Campaign Execution• Set up, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns within the sports You platform• Manage impression pacing and delivery oversight across all active campaigns, ensuring proper weekly scheduling to prevent over- or under-delivery• Build and deliver mid- and post-campaign reports as directed by clients Operational Infrastructure• Build and maintain reporting templates, campaign setup workflows, and delivery tracking systems• Identify and eliminate manual processes that consume time better spent on growth• Document standard operating procedures for campaign operations as the team scales What We're Looking For• 3+ years in ad operations, campaign management, or digital advertising platform development• Technical skills: being able to utilize available tools to create reporting dashboards• Experience working alongside or embedded within a product/engineering team• Familiarity with CPM-based advertising, impression delivery, pacing, and standard media xhqgsiq reporting• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without dropping details• Experience with ad servers, campaign management platforms, or advertising APIs is a plus• Self-starter who thrives in a lean environment where you build the playbook as you go• Experience in youth sports, education, or family-focused media is a plus Why sports You• Ground-floor opportunity to build the operational and technical backbone of an advertising business with proven product-market fit• Direct influence over the platform and how it evolves to serve brand partners• A mission that matters: connecting brands with families through the communities they care about most, while providing an essential service to High School families that enhances their sports experience
