About the role

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Adhere to corporate and government policies regarding International Business transactions Organize and maintain foreign to foreign shipments and required documentation (annexes, USMCA, COO, SED’s, etc.) for international customers or licensees. Ensures monitoring reports are generated and reviewed timely/accurately Facilitate export shipment movement. Responsible for training on various job functions within the department Communicate with production, sales, credit, warehouses, and allocations (VP’s, Managers) on a daily basis to ensure orders are correct and shipped properly within established criteria Maintain pro-active communication with International accounts and with the Logistics Manager Maintaining pro-active communication with International accounts and with the Logistics Manager Ensure all deliveries for Int’l accounts are tracked to destination All delayed deliveries are communicated to management timely for resolution

Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ year’s equivalent experience preferred 3+ years of International Business or Global Logistics experience Strong organization skills Computer proficient in MS Excel and other MS applications Working knowledge of Log-net, RLM preferred Professional verbal and written communication skills
Salary Range: Up to $85K *Actual base salary for this role within the above range will be based upon experience, qualifications and/or assigned unit. We are an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer.
