About the role
Mattamy Homes is seeking a U.S.-based in-house attorney to serve as the primary legal partner for marketing, compliance and vendor contracts. You will review high-volume marketing content across channels, ensuring disclosures are clear, conspicuous and compliant with consumer protection standards.
You will manage contracts for trade partners, privacy policy matters, and promotions while guiding divisions in risk-aware, business-friendly legal solutions.
