About the role

Key Responsibilities: This role supports Regulatory Issue Management and Axiom implementation by ensuring issues are tracked, documented, tested, and progressed in line with regulatory expectations. The position also supports near-term process improvements, including log management, documentation updates, issue burndown activities, and Axiom Phase II objectives. As part of the Regulatory Reporting Change Management Team within the Americas Finance Department, responsibilities include: Support Centralized Issue Management (CIM) meetings by preparing minutes, tracking remediation updates, and identifying follow-up items. Assist with issue intake and tracking through regular monitoring, follow-up, and escalation. Enhance the quality, completeness, and consistency of CIM issue documentation. Drive timely follow-up on open items, remediation updates, and documentation gaps, escalating delayed responses or evidence as needed. Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the issue management module. Support the Axiom automation project through defect resolution and related management reporting. Maintain data integrity for regulatory issues recorded in the system throughout the assignment. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for new deployments and system enhancements to confirm readiness.
Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Relevant experience in financial services, regulatory reporting, issue management, system implementation, or a related control function preferred. Hands-on experience with CIM or similar issue management processes, including issue intake, documentation, remediation tracking, status reporting, and stakeholder follow-up preferred. Experience supporting Axiom implementation, defect resolution, UAT, or finance technology change initiatives preferred. Regulatory Reporting production experience is a plus.
Preferred Banking & Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of regulatory reporting, financial products, business activities, and related systems. Familiarity with Federal Reserve Board and other U.S. regulatory oversight processes preferred. Experience reviewing regulations for bank holding companies or intermediate holding companies is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
Communication & Documentation: Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to organize information, synthesize discussion points, and produce concise meeting minutes, issue updates, and management-ready summaries. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.
Issue Management & Execution: Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability, with the ability to independently manage follow-ups and keep stakeholders aligned on next steps. Confidence to challenge incomplete responses, unclear remediation plans, or delayed actions in a professional and constructive manner. Ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple stakeholders.
Project Management & System Implementation: Ability to manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for Axiom initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery. Experience tracking project milestones, dependencies, and risks, with proactive escalation and mitigation. Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies for system implementation projects is a plus.
Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating across finance, technology, and regulatory teams. Ability to work independently and translate high-level direction into organized, timely action. Experience working within large, complex organizations preferred.
