About the role
Job Description:
As a Mover, you will play a critical role in assisting customers with safely packing, loading, and unloading their belongings during relocations. You will work closely with a small to medium-sized team, typically consisting of 2 to 6 movers, to ensure efficient and smooth moving operations while providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
- Pack customer belongings securely and efficiently
- Load and unload items carefully onto moving trucks
- Interact professionally with customers to address their needs
- Coordinate tasks effectively within the moving team
- Ensure safe handling and transport of all items
Preferred Qualifications:
- Entry-level experience in moving services
- Valid driver's license
- Strong customer service skills
- Physical stamina and endurance
- Ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of safe lifting techniques
