About the role

Petra Funds Group in Boston seeks a VP or Director to join the Strategic Partnership Team. The role owns client and team relationships from proposal through execution, with oversight of migrations and long‑term retention, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure success. You will work with Lift‑out and Co‑sourcing clients, lead discovery, and build relationships with senior client leadership while partnering with Petra’s People team on talent matters and performance cycles.
