About the role
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the supply chain processes, ensuring efficient materials handling, and facilitating effective communication between vendors and internal departments. This role coordinates all processes and functions to ensure that carrier vehicles arrive at the warehouse at the scheduled time. This position requires strong negotiation skills and a solid understanding of inventory control and shipping/receiving processes.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities and workflows Track project timelines and operational milestones Support vendors, customers communications as required Monitor key operational metrics and provide regular updates to management
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management preferred Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and prioritize time-sensitive situations Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills, with excellent communication abilities Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to learn and utilize necessary management systems Korean/English Bilingual Preferred
