At Range USA, your work has real impact.Position detailsPosition title - Senior Sales AssociateReports to - Store LeaderClassification - Full-Time / Non-Exempt / HourlyPosition overviewThe Senior Sales Associate serves as a Sales focused sales leader, responsible for driving personal sales while ensuring execution of daily store operations, compliance, and safety standards. This role acts as a key support to Store Leadership by owning opening/closing routines, operational processes, and in-store execution while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.Core values alignment:Curious ask questions, find and solve problemsPassionate care deeply about the brand, team, and customersDo it Right take pride in accuracy and credibilityService put others above ourselvesKey responsibilitiesSales & Customer Experience:Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Range USA standardsReview KPIs and coach team to expectations from this dataAchieve or exceed individual and store sales metrics (firearms, memberships, classes, promotions)Build customer relationships and increase basket size through product knowledge and recommendationsOperations Execution:Execute daily operational tasks including opening/closing procedures, register management, and cash reconciliationProduce and maintain daily operational documents (store metrics, huddle notes, schedules)Support inventory flow, merchandising, and ad set execution to maintain visual standardsMaintain overall store cleanliness and organizationSafety & Compliance:Ensure strict adherence to all firearm safety protocols for customers and staffMaintain compliance with ATF regulations, including accurate execution of 4473 forms and background checksSafeguard confidential information and ensure all processes meet regulatory standardsEnsure range readiness, safety, and cleanliness alwaysValidate and escalate if needed parts requirements to ASLDesired skills & experienceHigh School Diploma or Equivalent preferred12 years of retail sales or customer service experience (specialty retail preferred)Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow complex compliance proceduresAbility to handle confidential information with integrityFlexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidaysStrong communication skills and customer-first mindsetEmployee benefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision health insuranceUnlimited Shooting Free ClassesIndustry-leading online and in-store discountsManufacturer rewards and points programNo firearm experience needed we offer paid training
