About the role

Amazon is seeking a Flex Program Manager for the Flex In-Station Experience team in Tempe. You will own end-to-end roadmaps to improve DP pickup quality, working with operations and partner teams to implement cross-functional improvements and deliver measurable impact. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in program management, strong data analysis skills, and experience collaborating across tech and non-tech teams.
