Position Overview: Midea America is looking for a Campus Recruiting Intern to join our HR team and support our growing university recruiting initiatives across the U.S.This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in campus recruiting within a global organization. You will work closely with the HR team, university partners, student organizations, and candidates while learning how a large company builds its university talent pipeline and engages with students across different campuses. The role is especially suited for someone who enjoys connecting with people, working with universities, organizing campus activities, and creating engaging recruiting content. Strong performers will also have opportunities to take on broader responsibilities and explore future career opportunities within the organization.
What You’ll Do: Build and maintain relationships with U.S. universities, student organizations, and campus communities Engage with students and promote Midea’s internship and full-time opportunities Support career fairs, information sessions, campus visits, and other recruiting events Create engaging recruiting content for university channels, student communities, and Linked InWork closely with the HR and business teams throughout the campus recruiting process
What We’re Looking For: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese Familiar with U.S. university communities, student organizations, and campus culture Interested in people, communication, recruiting, and university engagement Previous experience with student organizations, campus events, community engagement, marketing, or recruiting is preferred What You’ll Gain This internship gives you the opportunity to learn campus recruiting inside a global company and alongside an experienced HR team.
